As our surveying instructions grow, weโre looking for a Building Surveyor to manage the increasing workload in our friendly team. You will be inspecting and reporting on a wide range of properties, including residential homes, commercial units, and ecclesiastical properties.

๐ถ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Our office is based in rural South Northamptonshire, but flexible working arrangements, including the option to work remotely, are available.

โข Prepare Level 2 and Level 3 survey reports.
โข Prepare single defect diagnosis inspections.
โข Undertake Red Book valuations.
โข Provide bespoke Condition Reports
โข Build relationships and expand your network.
