Procedures have been adopted within the practice to ensure that we are able to continue providing our normal high level of service, whilst ensuring that we take all necessary precaution to reduce the risks posed by the current COVID-19 pandemic.

We are offering photogrammetric surveys of our properties enabling potential purchasers to experience high resolution ‘walk-through’ tours in the comfort of their own homes.

For anyone wishing to arrange physical viewings of our properties, we are ensuring that our sales staff are assessed prior to every meeting.  We will also be asking a series of questions to attendees to ensure that risks are kept to an absolute minimum.

On arrival at the property we will, of course, be our usual cheerful selves; however, we will need to ensure that all attendees wash hands or use the supplied hand sanitisers upon arrival.  We will also need to adopt a level of social distancing which will require limited touching of surfaces and this will preclude handshakes and even hugs.

If for any reason a viewing needs to be cancelled, we will revert to video conferencing using ‘Microsoft Teams’ and, with the benefit of our new ‘walk-through’ tours, we hope to be in a position to show potential purchasers any of our homes.
